5th Years enjoy their Geography Leaving Cert Field Work

The 5th year Geography students visited the Irish Natural Forestry Foundation in Manch today to complete their fieldwork which is worth 20% of their leaving cert grade. Students worked on a tributary of the River Bandon where they measured width, depth velocity and bed load size and shape. The weather played its part and the girls had a most enjoyable and educational trip.
