Cork Mental Health Foundation is promoting a project which aims to promote positive mental health among young people. Using various media , participants are invited to compose a piece that relays a message on how to look after your mental health. This is as creative project and students are encouraged to explore different avenues to express themselves in order to deliver a message of hope.
