The mindfulness module is a very beneficial class for our TY students! All students in TY are exposed to 8 weeks of the module. In this module students learn how to be in the present moment, while heightening ones awareness of their immediate surroundings. One of the techniques is practice the mindfulness of drawing. Mindfulness has many benefits such as improving concentration, improving how you cope with stress and many more. Mindfulness is very simple and you can do it wherever and whenever!
