Concern debate Success in quarter final.

Congratulations to and well done to Laura Walsh, Maebh McCarthy, Natasha Sutton & Caoimhe Ni Shuilleabhan. The team had an excellent victory in the quarter final  of the Concern debate last night in Cork. They defeated Ardscoil Mhuire, Corbally, Limerick in a very interesting debate to make it through to the All-Ireland semi-finals. The girls were opposing the motion 'On global development issues President Obama delivered more hope than change'. Well done girls and thanks to Ms Harte, Mrs Gilbert, Siofra & Mary Rose McCarthy for their work in preparing the team. The semi-finals take place in Dublin on April 6th
