St. James’ GAA Club Host Power Up Your Mind Workshop

Students aged 14+ and members of our wider school community are invited to attend Power Up Your Mind, an inspiring public wellbeing workshop hosted by St James GAA Club.

Taking place on Thursday 12th February from 7pm–9pm at St James GAA Club, Ardfield (P85 N766), this free event will focus on promoting positive mental health and overall wellbeing.

The evening will feature expert speakers covering a range of important topics:

  • Resilience – Niall McCarthy

  • Health Pillars – Jen O’Callaghan NT

  • Stress Management – Dr Ant Kiernan

This promises to be an engaging and informative session aimed at equipping attendees with practical tools to strengthen mindset, build resilience, and manage stress effectively.

The event is open to the public, with free admission, and is suitable for those aged 14 and over.

We encourage students and families to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to support and enhance wellbeing within our community.
