TY Senior C Hockey Team march on!

SHSS 3 - 1 Bandon Grammar 

A great win on Friday last for our Senior C team in the league against Bandon Grammar. SHSS were comfortable from the start and dominated play in the opening quarter. That early control paid off in the second quarter when three goals in quick succession put the Clonakilty side firmly in the driving seat.

Play evened out during the third quarter, and Bandon pushed hard in the final stages, pulling one goal back late on. However, it wasn’t enough to catch a determined SHSS side who saw the game out for a well-deserved victory.

A big thank you as well to our second- and third-year players who stepped up to help boost the squad today (Ellen, Eibhlin, Grace, and Beth) whose effort and support were greatly appreciated.
