SHSS Reach Munster Senior C League Final

There is great excitement in SHSS as our senior girls’ team prepare to compete in the Munster Senior C League Final this Tuesday evening against St Mary’s Midleton.

The match will take place at Cork Colleges Pitch in Mahon, with a 7pm throw-in on Tuesday 14th April. Admission is €5 for adults, while students can attend free of charge, and all support from the school community would be greatly appreciated.

This achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and team spirit shown by the players throughout the season. It has been fantastic to see such strong representation from SHSS, not only on the pitch but also from those supporting on the sideline.

A special word of recognition goes to coach Caroline McCarthy for her commitment and guidance in bringing the team to this stage. We also wish the very best to team captain Jill McCarthy and Jane Twomey, who will lead the side on the night.

We wish the entire panel and management team the best of luck in the final and encourage everyone to come along and support the girls in what promises to be a great occasion for the school.
