Three in a Row: Senior Rugby Team Crowned Munster Champions Again

There was a tremendous sense of pride in our school community yesterday as our Senior Rugby team secured an outstanding 52–14 victory over Coláiste Pobail Bheanntraí to claim the Pinergy Munster Final title for the third year in a row.

Achieving this remarkable “three in a row” is a testament to far more than just talent. It reflects the dedication, work ethic and commitment shown by this group over a sustained period of time. Their success has been built on strong teamwork, mutual respect and the relationships they have developed with one another both on and off the pitch. These are the foundations that turn a group of players into a truly successful team.

Great credit is due to their coach, Mr. Phelan, whose guidance, leadership and belief in the group have been central to their continued success. We also extend our sincere thanks to Ms. Kingston and Ms. Walsh for their ongoing support throughout the season.

This achievement has brought immense pride to our entire school and the wider community beyond. Well done to all involved in an exceptional accomplishment that will be remembered for years to come.
